What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Contact us page.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Trenroot purchase for any reason, Trenroots welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. Returns that are made from 31-60 days after purchase are eligible for online credit (if returned to us by mail) or store credit (if returned in-store). In order to complete the return, you must have a proof of purchase.

Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases made on Trenroots.co, purchases of Trenroots items on third-party marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Google, YouTube and Facebook. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Trenroots monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Trenroots in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Trenroots discretion. If a return is not approved by Trenroots for any reason, the item may not be returned to you. We may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.

1. Bento Boxes

Are the Trenroots Bento boxes leakproof?

We have designed a silicone seal to ensure any wet food and semi-solids like sauce, yogurt, and dips don't mix between compartments. However, our bento is not designed to be leakproof for runny liquids like water.

Which bento is best to keep my food warm?

Our Bento Thermos can keep the food warm up to 6 hours. We have two patterns in it.

Can kids easily open or close the lids of Bento boxes?

Yes, all bento boxes are very easy to open for all the kids above 4 years of age.

Are the Trenroots bento boxes safe to use?

100%, Our tiffin boxes are made from premium 304 stainless steel, food-grade silicone and are completely BPA free.

Are these bags reversible?

Yes, each bag offers two distinct looks in one! Flip between a solid color side and a patterned side for added versatility. If one side gets spotted or stained, simply turn it inside out for a fresh and clean appearance.

What is the size of these bags?

Measuring 15.8" x 14.17" (40.2 cm x 36 cm), these medium-sized totes provide ample space for groceries, books, and other essentials. Equipped with long handles, they can be carried comfortably by hand or over the shoulder.
