If for some reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, new and unused Trenroots products purchased from Trenroots.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. 

To receive your refund in a timely manner, please visit the contact us page and write to us with:

1. Your original Trenroots.com order number 
2. The quantity & description of items you want to return
3. Reason to return the item 

We do not accept the following returns:

• Used items
• Incomplete items (missing parts)
• Items without sales receipt from Trenroots.com
• Items purchased from Amazon or other retailers
